SF Express Frozen Delivery: Pick-up or Door-to-Door?
Updated 2026-10-08
The delivery step is designed to capture the information needed before Shopify checkout. You can choose a nearby SF Express frozen pick-up point or a door-to-door address, then select an eligible delivery date. The final operational arrangement remains subject to SF Express and order confirmation.
Frozen pick-up: choose a point you can reach
Use the search and region filters to select an SF Express frozen pick-up point. Confirm its point code, name, address and opening hours before continuing.
The selected point details are saved with your cart attributes so the delivery instruction can be reviewed during fulfilment and at Shopify checkout.
Door-to-door: prepare clear recipient details
Enter the recipient name, Hong Kong mobile number and detailed address, including building, floor, unit and district where applicable. These details are passed to the checkout flow to reduce manual re-entry.
Choose a preferred delivery date that meets the available lead time. A request is not a guarantee of an exact final delivery slot.
Reference charges and cold-chain planning
The delivery page displays SF Express cold-chain charge references only. Actual charges can vary by service type, shipment weight and final operational arrangement, and freight is collected by SF Express according to the stated checkout arrangement.
If you are collecting frozen food, plan to bring it home and place it into suitable cold storage promptly.
